The Campaign

Fitify is a Health & Fitness app which provides workout and nutrition plans that lead users to a better lifestyle. The app generates over 200k installs monthly and for the past years has been focusing growth on European countries. In September 2022 they decided to start using Liteup with the goal of scaling user acquisition through content creators on TikTok and breaking into T1 English speaking markets.

The Challenge

Fitify had tried working with content creators before, but getting high-quality user-generated content resulted in a huge pain point. Following traditional models, the process of finding influencers, providing a script and paying flat fees before seeing results tends to be inefficient and hard to scale.

The Solution

We launched the app in our influencer network, targeting fitness creators from US, UK and Canada. After identifying which creatives worked, we were able to replicate the best performing UGC. Liteup allows advertisers to optimize towards in-app event goals. For Fitify, this is a cost per subscription. Liteup can adjust the pay-per-install dynamically for each content creator, reducing bids for those who don't meet the KPIs. This allowed Fitify to keep scaling the campaign. During the first month, the app had risen from 400th to top 50 in the UK and Canada, while breaking into the top 100 in the US.
